John D. Parker and his wife, Kim, arrived for a visit over the weekend in their 1921 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost, which he purchased in 1970. It graced the front of the Inn for a day or two, turning heads and warming hearts.
Tomorrow night’s supper is Chicken Fried Steak! With mashed potatoes and gravy. Green salad to start and Trifle for dessert. Chicken Fried Steak! Who ever thought of doing that to a steak? But, there’s no turning back now.
