Hancock’s Third Grade Class Visits the Inn

The Third Grade class at Hancock’s elementary school stopped by the Inn today to take a tour and soak-up some local history.

We’ll hopefully see them all many, many times over the next several years, and then, someday, they may be among the many people that come through the door (it happens almost every week) to ask if they can take a peek around, explaining, “I remember this place as a child.”

Inns are memories and adventures.

Gibson Pewter Featured on WMUR Channel 9′s New Hampshire Chronicle

Our friend Jon Gibson, second generation Pewter, and heir to Gibson Pewter in nearby Hillsborough Center, was featured on WMUR Channel 9′s New Hampshire Chronicle last night. It is a wonderful segment that makes us glad again to be part of this neighborhood.

Jon Gibson designed the Hancock Lamp for us at the Inn this year which is the centerpiece of our table settings in the dining room.
