Traditional New Hampshire Tavern Dining at the Hancock Inn
The Inn is open for dinner, with hours that change seasonally. November through April, dinner is served five nights a week, Wednesday - Sunday. May through October, the Inn is open seven nights a week. Sunday Brunch is served throughout the year.
Dinner is served beginning at 5:30 p.m. The last seating is at 8:00 p.m.
The menu changes seasonally and celebrates the comforts of fine New England cuisine - roast beef, pan-roasted fish, steaks, seasonal vegetables and flavorful, rich braises such as our signature, Shaker Cranberry Pot Roast. Also enjoy favorites such as a hamburger with blue cheese and roasted shallots, fish and chips, mac and cheese, chicken pot pie.
On Sunday, we serve the popular Innkeepers' Supper from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. that features a single, home-cooked meal for a prix fixe amount of $16.50 per person (not including beverage, tax and gratuity). Join us for spaghetti and meatballs, roast loin of pork, grilled chicken under-a-brick, beef bourguignon, New England boiled dinner, and other favorites that offer a comforting close to the weekend.
Sunday Brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. It features favorites such as Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, Scotch Eggs, House-Cured Gravlax, Seasonal Frittatas, Steak & Eggs and the Brunch Burger.
A full breakfast is served everyday to house guests who are invited to relax with their coffee in any of our Sitting Rooms, then savor a buffet of fresh homemade breads and granola, plus fresh fruit and juice, followed by a choice of breakfast items - including bacon, homemade sausage and corned beef hash, broiled tomatoes, home fried potatoes and, of course, eggs cooked-to-order.
