Food at the Hancock Inn
Great food is a centerpiece of life at the inn.
Upon arrival, overnight guests are invited to a cup of freshly brewed tea and a sweet-treat presented on sliver service between 3:00-4:30 p.m.
In the morning coffee/tea service can be personally delivered to your room between 7:00-9:00 a.m. or simply visit the Keurig in the common area if you don’t want to set a wake-up time.
When you’re ready for breakfast, come downstairs. Choose from a full menu that includes eggs and omelets cooked-to-order, North Country bacon, house-made sausage and hash, locally roasted coffee, fresh orange juice and home-made breads (including English muffins) for toast and French toast, our very own granola and the “world’s best pancakes” (according to our guests!) with local maple syrup of course. Complimentary breakfast is served 7 days a week, year-round to our guests.
Dinner service, which attracts diners from the local area and all around New England, is on hiatus for the winter season. Evening meals are planned to resume in early April 2019. In the meantime, special dinner events are listed below.
