All Rates are quoted double occupancy and include a delicious full breakfast.
All Rooms have private bath, air-conditioning, and telephone. We have rooms with king, queen, double, and twin beds.
Rates subject to 8% NH room & meals tax.

YOU'LL WANT TO KNOW:

• We are "pet friendly" in only one room - the Drover’s Room - be sure to book early if you have a pet!
• We are a totally non-smoking inn
• Breakfast is served daily to Inn guests from 7:30 - 9:30 AM
• Check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM
• Check-out is anytime before 11:00 AM
• Children are always welcome, but please remember that we have no cots, extra beds or high chairs!
• We would be glad to give you information about special events, getaway meetings and conferences
  and/or help you arrange a special event (wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday party. . .) - please call
  for more details!
• We offer 24 hour entry/exit and free parking

ADVANCE DEPOSITS:

• Payment in full for one night's stay or a 50% deposit for a longer stay is required for confirmation
  of reservation.
• Your deposit guarantees you that the entire period you requested is reserved at the inn. The deposit
  will be applied to your account upon check-out.
• There will be a $20 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
• If you must shorten your stay in Charming Hancock, NH or cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund
  your deposit with 15 days notice or 30 days for reservations of 6 days or longer. If you are not able to
  provide the required notice, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee if we are able to rent your room.
