Located in the Monadnock region, Hancock is a small, quiet village in an area chock full of activities and attractions, including climbing, hiking, skiing, shopping, and antique hunting.

Our lodging accommodations are exquisitely decorated with period-appropriate furnishings and are appointed with all of the amenities a traveler might desire. Each room is uniquely individual. You might choose to stay in the Franklin Pierce Room, honoring our 14th U.S. President, who attended Hancock Academy. Or you might stay in the Jedidiah Fox Room, named in honor of Hancock Inn’s original owner.

All rooms have private bath, air-conditioning, and telephone. We have rooms with king, queen, double, and twin beds.

YOU’LL WANT TO KNOW:

We are “pet friendly” in only one room – the Drover’s Room – be sure to book early if you have a pet! Inquire here for more pet friendly information.

We are a totally non-smoking inn. A fee $100.00 will be assessed on any guest found smoking within the premises.

Breakfast is served daily to Inn guests from 8:00 – 9:30 AM. Friends and family of guests are welcome to join them for breakfast at a charge of $15.00 per person. One days notice is appreciated in the event extra people are expected for breakfast.

We have high-speed wireless internet, but good reception is not available in all rooms. It is best downstairs in the common areas.

Mobile telephone service in Hancock is extremely limited. The Inn has a Verizon Mobile Telephone Extender which boosts the signal for Verizon users, the dominant provider in this area.

Check-in is any time after 2:00 PM.

Check-out is any time before 11:00 AM.

Children are always welcome, but please remember that we have no cots, extra beds, or high chairs!

We would be glad to give you information about special events, getaway meetings and conferences, and/or help you arrange a special event (wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday party. . .) – please call for more details!

We offer 24-hour entry/exit and free parking

RESERVATION POLICY:

A credit card is required to hold a reservation. Your reservation guarantees you that the entire period you requested is reserved at the inn.

We require 10 days notice prior to check-in for any changes or cancellations. If you are unable to provide the required notice, a charge equal to one night stay for each reserved room will be applied.
