The Fox Tavern
The Fox Tavern invites guests to enjoy traditional pub fair prepared by chef Casey La Rue. Pair it with a hot toddy as winter sets in, or a cold beer or white wine for the last days of summer. Nestled in a cozy, historic corner of the Monadnock region since the 1800s, the Fox Tavern—named after the Hancock Inn founder’s son-in-law and second owner Jedidiah Fox—is always full of a congenial mix of Inn guests, travelers, and locals.
Sunday's popular Innkeepers' Supper, from 5:30–7:00 p.m., features a single, home-cooked meal for a prix fixe amount of $18.99 per person. Join us for Spatchcocked Chicken, Grilled Salmon, and other Tavern favorites that offer a comforting close to the weekend here in New Hampshire's oldest inn.
