Welcome to the Washington Room at the Hancock Inn, New Hampshire Bed and Breakfast!

This room is named, of course, for George Washington, who became the first President of the United States in 1789, the year the Hancock Inn opened. We don’t know if George Washington slept here or not. If he did, he was the first but not the last President to do so!! This is one of our smaller, "cozy rooms."
